What this site stores on your device, what it is for, and how to turn the optional parts off.

The short version
Nothing optional loads until you say yes. If you have not chosen, or you chose “reject”, nothing optional is loaded at all: not loaded and blocked, but never fetched in the first place.
Strictly necessary, always on
These make the site work. They cannot be switched off and they do not track you. UK law does not require us to ask permission for these.

These are stored in your browser's own storage rather than as traditional cookies. They never leave your device and we cannot read them from our end. Each one only exists because you asked for it by pressing something.

Reject them and you lose nothing important: the contact page still shows our full address and a button into the Maps app, and the reviews section still links straight to our Google profile.
How to change your mind
Press the button near the top of this page, or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. You can also clear cookies and site data for this site in your browser settings, which resets everything and makes us ask again.
Do Not Track
Because nothing optional loads without a positive click, this site behaves as though Do Not Track is on for everybody by default.
