This site is not a shop

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Machine listings, specifications and prices are an invitation to enquire, and no contract exists between us until we have agreed terms with you in writing and confirmed the sale.

Machines marked £POA are priced on application. Where a price is shown, it excludes VAT, delivery, installation and any tooling unless we say otherwise in writing.

Stock and accuracy

We sell used machinery, and stock moves quickly. We take real care over the descriptions, specifications, photographs and year of manufacture on this site, but:

• a machine shown as available may have sold since the page was last updated;
• specifications are taken from maker's plates, original documentation and our own inspection, and should be treated as a guide;
• photographs show the actual machine wherever possible, but colours and finish vary between screens.

Always confirm the detail that matters to you with us before you commit. We would far rather answer the question than have you take delivery of the wrong machine, and every machine can be seen and run under power by appointment.

The tonnage calculator

The press brake tonnage calculator is offered free and in good faith as a working guide. It does air bending only, and its figures depend entirely on what you type in and on the real condition, tooling and material in front of you.

It is not a substitute for the machine manufacturer's own tonnage chart, for the tooling maker's limits, or for the judgement of the person operating the machine. Check its answer against the chart on your own machine before you rely on it. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from its use.

Using this site

You may look at this site, and print or download pages from it, for your own use or for the use of your business. You may not:

• copy the site's text, photographs or machine descriptions onto another website or into another listing;
• use automated tools to harvest the site's content or contact details;
• use the site in any way that damages it, interferes with it, or is unlawful.

Nothing here affects your rights under the terms of an actual sale, which are agreed separately and in writing for each machine.
